My family always had a lot of animals growing up so I would always take care of them. Helping animals gives me so much joy! Watching them grow or go from being sick to helping them get better is the reason I do what I do and I don’t see myself doing anything else!
If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be, and why?
An otter, because they are playful and make the cutest of sounds!!
Do you currently have any pets? What type and what are their names?
Russell is my 11 year old rescue, Ella is my 1 year old persian, and Cleo is my 1 year old tortoiseshell.
What is your favorite thing about working with animals?
My favorite thing is taking care of hospitalized patients. Being able to help the animal in its time of need, to make them feel better, and get back to normal while being their comfort until they are well enough to go to their owners!
