Mikayla has wanted to be in the animal care field since she was 5 years old. Her goal is to finish schooling to be a veterinary assistant, then a veterinary technician.
If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be and why?
It would either be a wolf or a lion. Both are great hunters, would make a great guard animal, plus they’re cute.

Yes, I have a Pitbull named Appa, and 4 cats named Daisy, Tinkerbell, Cheeto and Miles
What is your favorite thing about working with animals? I love building a bond with the animals, watching them grow and learn. I also enjoy watching the animals bond with each other.
