Kylee has been surrounded by animals for as long as she can remember and they have always brought a sense of calm and purpose into her life. Growing up she never had a clear picture of what she wanted her future career to be, she only knew she felt the happiest when she was caring for animals. That feeling stayed with Kylee and when she started tech school in 2022 it finally gave her the direction she had been searching for. Learning the medical side of animal care and seeing how much of a difference compassion can make made her realize this is exactly where she is meant to be. Kylee is so grateful for the difference she gets to make every day.
If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be, and why?
A wolf, a bobcat and a lion. Every creature is beautiful no matter how big or small.

I have 2 black German Shepherds, Roman and Sebastian
What is your favorite thing about working with animals?
My favorite thing about working with animals is getting to greet them every day. The first moment of connection, whether they’re nervous, excited or shy, is always meaningful to me. What I cherish most is being there during their hardest moments, helping them heal and giving them a sense of safety and comfort.
