Roberta Milas

DVM, Partner

Dr. Milas is a Rock Island native and Augusta College graduate. She received her DVM from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. In her 8 years of clinical experience, she cites internal medicine, canine rehabilitation, and emergency and critical care among her favorite areas of practice. In her free time, she likes spending time with family and friends, and caring for her Jack Russell Terrier, Admiral and her Great Dane, Hodge.

John Coyne

DVM, Partner

Dr. John Coyne has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 40 years. He was raised on a farm in central Illinois, and graduated from University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1974. Dr. Coyne also owns and co-owns 8 other hospitals throughout the Chicagoland area. He’s a big fan of University of Illinois athletics, and enjoys all Chicago sports. He and his wife Ruth have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Jeremy Hoyt

DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Jeremy Hoyt grew up in North Central Iowa. He graduated with a degree in business administration from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa and received his DVM in 2016 from Iowa State University. Before becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Hoyt had a career in accounting and finance with John Deere Financial in Johnston, Iowa. His special interests include surgery and emergency medicine. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, golfing, playing basketball, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He has a very energetic Flat-Coated Retriever named Piper.

Lauren Robinson

DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Robinson grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She graduated with a degree in animal science from Iowa State University in 2008. She then attended Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and received her DVM in 2016. She has a special interest in preventive and internal medicine. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family; hiking, photography, and yoga. She also loves spending time with her dog, Ash, whom she adopted from a shelter in Asheville, NC.
